About Us

Consult Hub Ltd. is a boutique consulting company that provides services in developing and managing programmes and projects funded by the EU and other donor programmes. Our primary experience and expertise are providing business consulting services for access to public funding, evaluation, and monitoring of various programs and projects in the country and abroad and providing technical assistance to public administration structures at a local, regional and central level. 

The company also specializes in resolving specific cases related to the application process and project implementation and implementing the European Green Deal.

Development of analyzes for the preparation of Territorial Plans for Just Transition (European Green Deal)

Evaluation of National Programmes, Strategic Documents, and Projects - expert participation in:

  • Ex-post evaluation of infrastructure projects funded by the EU Structural and / or Pre-Accession Programs – Study for the Regional Development Committee on “Interaction between the Structural Funds and the provision of services of general interest and services of general economic interest, and opportunities for cross-border cooperation ”, contracting authority European Parliament, Directorate-General for Internal Policy, Directorate C – Structural and Cohesion Policy.
  • Ongoing evaluation of the effect of the project “ECVET digital platform” under the Life Long Learning program – Leonardo da Vinci Program;
  • Interim evaluation of OP “Regional Development” 2007-2013;
  • Impact assessment of the project “Online psychological services for people in difficulty”, funded by OP “Human Resources Development”;
  • Monitoring and evaluation of the Communication Plan and the activities for publicity and awareness under OP “Technical Assistance” 2007-2013;

Professional achievements

Development and management of over 150 projects of over BGN 300 million under different programs: OP Competitiveness, OP Human Resources Development, OPAC, OPRD, NIF, Norwegian Program, EIF FM.
